181 pupils from 4 local schools came into church on the 19th to 21st
of March for Experience Easter.
Bishop Robert rededicated the bells during the morning service
on Mothering Sunday, the 10th of March.
The church has now joined the Eco Church project to make our church more eco-friendly. and have been awarded a bronze certificate
Fit more active travel into your day and daily routine. Reevaluate your journeys: explore walking or cycling options, or modify your route to include some form of active travel, i.e. disembark a stop early and complete the remaining part of your journey on foot, indulge in a leisurely stroll, or opt for a bike ride along a cyclist-friendly route. Consider connecting with your local Ramblers or cycling group for shared experiences. Use the extra steps or the changed travel arrangements as a prompt to pray for God's creation, nature's preservation and the reduction in fossil fuel usage.
The church will usually be open for private prayer each day from 10am to 3pm.
A group for 0-4 year-olds at 9.30-11.00 am normally on alternate Fridays.
Our benefice has been without a priest for over a year and the profile of our two parishes has now been published inviting applicants to apply for the post.
