Native hedging

News News News News To encourage more local wild life into the churchyard some native hedge plants have been added to the churchyard boundary.

Remembrance Service

News News News News Brownies and Rainbows, representatives of the local parish councils and the military attended the Remembrance service in church, followed by laying wreathes at the war memorial.

Christmas Market

News News A Christmas market was held on November 13 in the village hall. Alongside several stalls run by church members, including a craft activity for children, local people were selling their handmade craft items.

All Souls service

News News News News On Sunday 31st of October an All Souls service was held to remember and give thanks for loved one who have died.

Quiz night

News News News News News News In another move towards a more normal pattern of church life we enjoyed a quiz night on Saturday evening October 16th.

Churches Count on Nature

During the week of June 5 - June 13 we were encouraged to act for wildlife by recording nature in our churchyard, Come and look for wildlife and let us know what you see. Can you spot bird boxes, bat box, hedgehog house and bug houses?

If you would like to record the species you have seen on a central database you can share your records using the website caring for gods acre


Services

Services are now being held regularly in church - see details on the right.
Face coverings will need to be worn when moving around in church and when singing.
The church will normally be open for private prayer weekly on a Wednesday from 10am to 4pm unless there is a funeral booking. The church will not be open in October and November due to maintenance work.

Restarting services in church

The restrictions on services in church were relaxed a little in September and will continue to follow Covid guidelines which can be seen by clicking What to expect when attending a service.

Test and Trace Consent Form

To support the NHS Test and Trace programme, names and telephone numbers will be noted for those who attend a service. You will asked to sign a consent form on your first visit. The content of the consent form can be seen by clicking COVID_19 - Test and Trace Consent_Form.


Little Fishes

Eco Church

Eco Church The church has now joined the Eco Church project to make our church more eco-friendly. and have been awarded a bronze certificate . >
